Slow-risen. Hand-shaped. Made with soul.
Our Blueberry Lemon Sourdough LoafWho We Are
Growing Soulz is a small-batch micro-bakery and garden rooted in care, curiosity, and nourishment that goes deeper than the surface. What began as a love for working with dough and growing food slowly became a way to honor tradition, creativity, and the joy of feeding people well.
We specialize in naturally leavened sourdough, focaccia, and sweet bakes made in small batches using quality ingredients and thoughtful processes. Every loaf is given the time it needs — to rise, to rest, and to become what it’s meant to be.
At the heart of our bakery is Shirley Ann, our sourdough starter, named in honor of a beloved aunt who loved the kitchen and never stopped trying new things. Her curiosity, generosity, and spirit live on in every bake. In many ways, this work feels like a continuation of her love — passed forward through food.
Our breads are inspired by the garden, by seasonal rhythms, and by the belief that good food should feel grounding and joyful. Whether it’s a simple sourdough loaf, a savory focaccia, or a sweet treat shared with family, everything we make is crafted with intention and meant to be savored.
This is food with soul.
